Confidence is your superpower

Girl, you have it all in you! Believe in yourself and others will start to do it, too. Remember that other superheroes also not started with a perfect concept and 100% ready-to-go. There were costumes to be created, personalities to be defined, gadgets to order and a logo to be found. Did you think that’s easy? No way.

To become a superhero is hard work. In movies I always call this process the “training phase”. Normally it is 2-3 minutes of film where no one talk, only cool strong music, hard cuts and a lot of tempo. It always includes some funny scenes where things blow up or the costume get caught somewhere.

Lady, even if you do not believe in superheroes let me give you another narrative: You preparing for a nice evening out. Also not done in a second (only few can do it in five or dare to go out without prep). Same for your confidence personality: Give it some time to develop.

Be patient. Define how you as a confident person would be like. Do you have perhaps a secret name for your confidence hero? Mine is Frau Doktor - because it remembers me that I have achieved a PhD at Uni and hey I am so damn proud of that. Something no one can take away from me again. Reminds me of what you can achieve if you show persistence and keep your eyes on the prize.

Set goals and write down your mission. Why not set yourself a monthly goal - have a look at our confidence blocklist. Perhaps you can make the five items of that list the missions for the next five months.

Most important for a superhero: Find your crew, your gang, your team. The lonely superhero is a male concept. The female superhero cannot be alone, because a female superhero always thrives to support and lift up other women. And a female superhero does not have to be alone as once you start to look around you will find other heroes. Just reach out your hand and connect. Together you are stronger.

Confidence is your superpower!
